The birthplace of Fryderyk Chopin is in Żelazowa Wola. He was born on March 1, 1810. According to the Mazovian Regional Board of Tourism’s guide booklet, Fryderyk returned many times to the place of his birth. He probably spent some time here in the summer of 1823, and he was here with his sister Ludwika for Christmas and the New Year in 1825/26. The last time he visited the Skarbek estate was in the summer of 1830, together with his family. On such visits to Żelazowa Wola, most of the time was spent making music together in the manor or out in the garden with their instruments.

ショパンはワルシャワから54キロ程離れたジェラゾヴァ ヴォラで1810年3月1日に生まれました。その年の10月にはワルシャワへ引っ越すのですが、その後も時々ここへ来ています。1823年の夏、1825-26年のクリスマスから新年を姉のルドヴィカと、そしてポーランドを永遠離れる1830年には家族と訪れ lol oているそうです（マゾヴィア地方観光案内より）。生家はスカルベック家のマナーハウス（荘園主達が建てた家）で、こじんまりしていました。庭に楽器を出して、作曲する事があったそうです。
